We have experience working with a range of industry-leading manufacturers including Uniview, Hikvision, Hi-Look and Dahua for CCTV systems, along with Bosch intruder alarm systems which have proven to be highly reliable and effective across a wide range of applications.

At CTS, we place a strong emphasis on proper system design, product selection and configuration. Our technical understanding of the products we install is critical to delivering reliable, stable and user-friendly systems that perform as intended.

Unlike many installations where systems are left with incomplete programming or default factory configurations, CTS custom designs and configures each system specifically for the project requirements. Wherever practical, systems are pre-configured and tested in-house prior to onsite installation and commissioning to ensure efficient deployment and optimal system performance.

We understand that proper configuration is just as important as the physical installation itself. Correct programming, network configuration, recording optimization, remote access setup and user management all contribute to the long-term reliability and effectiveness of the system.

CTS holds all relevant licenses and insurances, including a current Queensland Government Security License required for the installation and maintenance of electronic security systems.
